While I recognize Barbados has fallen into hard economic times with the loss of tourism, I truly hope a salary adjustment and/or bonus is considered to reflect the added burden and responsibilities the hospitality staff must endure associated with trying to navigate Covid19 protocols and the demands guests are putting on your staff.

Kelly and Alicia were not just professional, but also sincerely and genuinely caring for the wellbeing and comfort of the guests often going above and beyond to ensure guests were content while balancing what they could manage within their limitations. I applaud their patience as I witnessed guests impatiently badgering them for updates on Covid PCR lab results, and offloading referring frustrations seeking resolutions for any result delays. While Kelly and Alicia are legitimately at the mercy of the ministry of health, they maintained poise and kindness. Something I know takes an emotional toll on anyone.

I came alone and my stay during a quarantine period was comfortable. My airport-entry Covid test results were delayed (I have not yet any results, so never processed really) so as each day passed with no communications my anxiety steadily grew. Kelly and Alicia took the time to check in with me when passing by my unit, empathetically asked and hoped for my results and gave me reassurances which demonstrated a level of caring that would not exist here where I live. Hats off to them, I feel very fortunate to have met them and hope to visit again.

Another Perfect Stay! Definitely going back in 2025.

We have been using this accomodation on a regular basis for over 20 years and having recently returned from a family holiday again we are unable to fault.
There was some maintenance work being carried out which resulted in some noise but the management and staff couldn't have been more apologetic,plus we fully accept that this is an all year round resort so windows of opportunities for essential repairs are limited and the work was being carried out in low season.
Definitely going back in 2025.

Highly recommended. Central based and value for money.  A great team run this resort!

We have been regular visitors to Barbados for over 20Y. We knew the Europa and when we saw they had undergone a refurbishment decided to give it a go.
We were not disappointed and extremely impressed with this resort. As a base it was excellent and within walking distance to holetown, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.
We would like to thank Maria the manager of the hotel for her continued communication and support for any queries we might have. Her staff are fantastic from front of house, reception who are always on hand to provide anything we required. The security who keep check at night without you even realising. I watched them patrol and thoroughly check the accommodation and parameter. The cleaning and maintenance teams were seamless in their delivery and it was great to see further improvements being made around the pool area. Last but certainly not least. A huge thank you to the guys who work the bar Tristan and Zac made our trip. Constantly keeping us in cocktails and always with a smile. We look forward to seeing you when we return. The Indian on site is delicious and the presentation is impressive. One of the best Indian meals I have ever had. I would certainly encourage paying for the upgrade. The only one comment I would make is that the living room areas would benefit from fans or air con as it was a little uncomfortable without meaning we didn't use the lounge or eating areas. It is also great to see the painting and maintenance of going around the pool area. Appreciating Barbados is an island and weather wear inevitable, it was pleasing to see you continue to update and improve the synthetics. Umbrellas that can be used around the pool table area would be helpful also.
Finishing on a high note we will recommend this resort and will be booking to return next year. There may even be a number of bookings accompanying us.

Can't fault this resort. Do recommend taking up air-conditioning option. Staff really friendly and helpful. 

Chambermaid changed bedding/towels and cleaned apartment every couple of days. Note restaurant /Bar closed completely on Mondays. Facilities great. Pool area clean and easily accessible. 10min walk down to beach and Holetown Masseys supermarket and restaurants. Apartments outside main area are only a 5 min walk away. If your lucky you'll also catch the troop of monkeys every morning around 0930 on the road outside.
