On Barbados’ West Coast you will find some of the best beaches in Barbados and the most beautiful coast lines in the world. - Surfing: There are many excellent surf spots in Barbados. Freights Bay on the South Coast is great for beginners and the perfect place to take a surf lesson.

- Sailing: There are many sailing cruises to choose from in Barbados.
- Golf: There are many luxurious golf courses to choose from in Barbados; for instance, the famous Sandy Lane.
- Shopping: Duty free shopping can be found throughout the island. You could shop on the West coast of Barbados in Holetown, the South of Barbados or at its capital – Bridgetown.
- Restaurants: Barbados, the only Zagat rated island in the Caribbean, boasts some of the best restaurants in the world.
- Festivals: Barbadians love to party, and throughout the year there are many festivals and events you could attend.
